I have been using this backpack over the last four or five years. It stands up well to abuse. I’ve had great response from the manufacturer twice with warranty replacements. They stand by their product.

Lifetime Warranty

Replaced my old one that had a broken zipper under their lifetime warranty. Great customer service and glad to see them standby and honor their lifetime warranty on the product. Did have to pay for shipping and handling when sending defective pack in and for the shipping of new pack. Wish they had the same color in stock as the old one I had, only comes in black now.
