ProteinWise - Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake or Pudding Mix - 7/Box

Great protein shake/pudding mix.

Versatile and Delicious

I especially love blending a banana in when preparing this as a shake. It also makes a great eggnog shake by adding 1/4 tsp. nutmeg with 1/2 tsp. vanilla to the vanilla shake mixture. I have also made Eggnog Crispy Cookies by addig 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. splenda, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 3 T. eggbeaters, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, and 2 tsp. olive oil to the vanilla shake mixture and baking the cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 11 minutes.

Frozen treat

We're enjoying the ProteinWise Vanilla meal replacement shake/puddings as frozen treats. As they warm up they get slushy and refreshing. I like them when they're still super frozen too.. I keep my hands busy hacking away at the frozen treat with a straw, takes about 40 minutes (depending on how warm the weather is) of chipping away until it gets a bit easier to sip, slurp and suck up with a straw = ) Sooo my meal lasts quite awhile, I'm not snacky or grazing AND I'm pretty sure there's an added BONUS of burning a few extra calories just in the process of "eating".
