I love the toothpaste, but the inability to get a reply to an email is very frustrating. There is no option to pause or skip a shipment.

ORL really makes my teeth feel like they're clean when compared to the store brand toothpaste. I had to temporarily go back to store brand when I ran out and I loathed the feeling.
