I don’t like them they are very uncomfortable. They started out very tight but then got so loose they wouldn’t fit my feet. My heel is lifting all the way out of the shoe making it very uncomfortable to walk in. I dread when I have put them on again. The spring works great and I would like to wear them if they didn’t stretch and become unbearable to wear. If

These were the MOST uncomfortable shoes I had ever owned. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I wore them just a few times. The second time I wore them, I put my inserts in them to see if that would make a difference. I wore them a couple of more times and then threw them out. I work in my feet 10 hours a day on concrete. I bought Hoka shoes and the Hokas definitely healed the damage to my feet that the Spiras did. Like I said, WORST shoes ever!
