Finally a restful night's sleep

I have been using Slumber for a few months now and find it very helpful getting and staying asleep. I have my daughter hooked on it too. I rub it on the bottoms of my feet, on my wrists and behind my ears.

Freezer Meal Prep

This appears to be a solid collection of freezer meals for the busy person. I downloaded another collection of Instant Pot Freezer meals from the same author and they have worked out quite well with tonight being the third of the five meals. Our son, Mr. Food Critic himself, gave his personal seal of approval to the first two. Tonight's meal, the Beef Burritos, was not as well received, but as time goes on, I'll either tweek it or substitute another meal in. I am looking forward to assembling the next round of freezer meals from the longer book and am particularly excited to see a freezer Butter Chicken meal and a couple of curries included. Can't wait to try them.
