Great target but delivered damaged

I love the target itself, but it arrived damaged from shipping. I called Bulldog Targets, spoke with Seth, explained the situation and sent a picture. Seth was very kind and agreed that at this price point I should have an undamaged target, but his fix was to send me a new wrap (the black fabric around the edge) for me to install myself. The damage is only cosmetic, but I paid $800 for this target, and the solution hands the work back to me. It's a big, heavy target, and now I have to get out the staple gun and re-wrap it. Some sort of credit, even toward a future purchase, would have gone a long way. I was planning to buy a second one of these and now I'm not sure I will. On top of that, I still haven't received the replacement wrap. No confirmation email, no follow up, nothing. Great product, disappointed in the customer service and solution they offered.

These are heavy duty commercial grade targets. I have an indoor range and I am sure these will last many years.
