These were purchased based on my need, product description, item material and construction, and other customer reviews from other websites. These gloves were not temperature rated, but relied on other customer comments as noted. Gloves have met expectation for warmth in cold weather, but have not been in any major snow or wet weather due to mild winter in my area (other reviews have said they have performed well in snow \ wet weather, and winter sport activities)
