Good product; not-so-good otherwise

I bought a plaque--excellent quality. It's the shipping policies of this place that annoy me. Why does everything have to be sent via Fed-Ex? Ever hear of Priority Mail--I spent nearly as much for shipping as for the product. When it arrived, the box was filled with PACKING PEANUTS! We're talking about a box within a box filled with packing peanuts. Most companies have eliminated those awful things and they are a pain to get rid of. The box containing the plaque could have been sent in a padded envelope via priority mail for 1/3 the price and it would have been a lot easier to open the envelope to receive my product.
