This item is beautiful. The etching was flawless and the crystal apple was well packaged. I am glad I found this website. The ordering was simple and the item arrived within a few days.

Disappointed!

I was disappointed in the font, font size and etching. The size was not in proportion to the item. I was further disappointed because I had inquired and was assured it was proptional. Very disappointed.
