Engraved Riviera Vase

I am very pleased with the vase we purchased as a retirement gift. Conor assisted me with this purchase and he was very knowledgeable and patient. I ordered it, received a proof, responded to the proof that it was "approved" and received the perfectly engraved vase. This was all done, start to receipt of vase w/in a week. No problems at all. I will definitely order from here again. Thank you.

Vase was excellent - packing peanuts terrible

We were happy with the quality of the vase and the customer service; however, please please please stop using those styrofoam packing peanuts. They are terrible for the environment and make a huge mess. Thank you !!!
