Excellent Customer Service

Overall, the experience was positive. After the Spinolution Lazy Kate was sent to an incorrect address, the owner of Spinolution contacted me to inquire about the correct address. The Kate was resent quickly and arrived a couple days later.

Spinolution Lazy Kate

It works well and I love the way it fits on my wheel for storage when I’m not using it. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price point is high.
