Bendy Fold Down Parking Post

Bollard was bought to replace one where the lock broke. (It was impossible to access and/or repair the lock.). I could not order extra keys when ordering new bollard and, after ordering the keys (and paying for them separately), I was advised that you were unable to produce the extra keys. Don't think this particularly satisfactory. John.
