This is lovely bottle and well packed but I had a bit of issue with the rest of the order which was out of stock but the sales agent was very cooperative, I had a full refund quickly. The customer service is high standard but sometimes they need to update stock on the website to match their real stock. This actually had caused a bit of delay for an order for my client where I had to order from somewhere else, which was another delay to process the new order
