Beautiful quality, great service

This is a beautiful, premium quality hat and I LOVE IT! Given the quality of the product, the price was also very reasonable. The first one arrived pretty quickly, but I had to return it because I had ordered the wrong size. This is often where something simple turns into a nightmare, but it was no problem at all - Borges & Scott allow for this and even include a return form in the box. Returned it (for FREE) and in a few short days my replacement arrived. Perfect! Altogether a very simple, hassle-free experience - the kind you would expect from a quality company like this, but one which is sadly so rare these days. I'm certain I will be buying from them again.
