Terrible Customer Service and Fake Advertising

They advertise sub bass patches in a pack. I buy the pack and it’s not included. I kindly ask them to explain what happened or tell me where to at least purchase them or have them sent. No response. Terrible customer service would not buy from them again expect silence for any issues and don’t expect sounds you hear to actually be in the packs.

Problem with the pack

Hello, I have a problem with this pack, it does not work in FL Studio. I bought the "RAID" and "HYBRID-BASS" pack and there is no problem, but "REVOLUCION" does not work. Would it be possible to have a refund? Thanks

Threat as a beginner

Threat is high quality sound design I headscarf. serum plug-in, in fl studio to come close to or exactly what I am looking for. Once I learned to further my sound design and make my own presets in serum, I realized how much threat saved me a bunch of production time in tweaking the sound to create a preset exactly how I wanted and that's what I was going for. When I am ready for my next learning curve I will start again with a visit to their website for real. Most of the work was cut out from me by working with threat collective and now I have the headstart.
