I contacted Hidden House because I was not happy with my coffee beans. They replied and sent me new beans and a refund. I’m delighted with my experience and will go into the store and have a latte and almond croissant when I’m in California. The almond croissants are the best I’ve ever had. I wrote to them twice to express my displeasure. The beans smelled rancid and the coffee was terrible and bitter. I want to send it back to them and get a refund. I have not had a response from them. Very disappointed.
