Supreme Hill Ebony Viola Tailpiece

Tailpiece is 5star, but customer support is 1. For anyone who is going to buy this tailpiece, it doesn't include a tailgut. I contacted the support to verify before purchasing, but have never heard back from them. It arrived on time, tailpiece is beautiful and great quality, however, I need to purchase a tailgut separately.
