I was afraid it wouldn't be authentic, so I only ordered a small amount. I thought they would most likely sell those non-sour bamboo shoots found in Thai kitchen. But I was so happy to be wrong! This stuff is real--Nepalko jastai amilo...I will definitely buy the bigger amount next time.
