it's a very big pant for an underwear, the packer is not really fixed and unfortunately i dont feel very comfortable in it, sorry to say.

Very comfy, very soft. The foam insert may be a bit too large for some people, but you can probably cut it down to size. Work great with my lifelike silicone packer, which is also on the larger side.
