REDCON1 Total War Pre Workout

Recon total war

Ordering dispatch and delivery were great no issues or complaints. Disappointed with the product in all honesty, got a decent pump but didn’t really get an energy boost or feel anything really. Taste is not great either left a bad aftertaste and a slight burning sensation in my throat. The powder is extremely fine and mixes easily that said it’s that fine it gets up your nose and made me sneeze. This was my first time trying Pre workout and maybe I was expecting to much from the product. I’m not a coffee drinker so perhaps I don’t have any sensitivity to caffeine?

Great delivery
