Like other Canaan offerings, this is of high quality. Compared with mechanically granulated Freekah, this toasts exceptionally well in oil before simmering. This is partly responsible for the deep flavor, the ingredients and handling are also first rate.

Nutritious, Fast and Delicious

Love this stuff! Whole grain and faster than brown rice. It has a wonderfully rich flavor. It’s my go to for a quick, tasty, and nutritious background for any vegetable combo. It looks beautiful on the plate with something colorful on top.
