The bracelet I bought for my husband is perfect except is slightly too small. I am unsure how my measurement was incorrect but it is simply too tight for him to wear. The engraving however was exactly what we asked for.

Bracelet arrived and looked very nice. Fit my son well, and he was happy with it. One thing that may have helped is a small pic and direction on how to open the clasp. Nothing anywhere in the box or on your site. Other complaint that I have is I paid $30.00 extra to get it sooner. Didn’t happen and they would not refund that money. A company with good customer service probably would have.
