Oh dear. Over priced and not comfortable. The cushion arrives in a plastic cover with notice that by removing it will forfeit the chance to return the product. Whilst I appreciate the hygiene aspect, the plastic just slips and slides on sofa material meaning it's impossible to try the cushion out. The inner fibre padding can be cut to desired length but the foam end pads prevent the fibre from settling around the neck to offer a personal support. The weight is a good idea but cannot be adjusted, so for me it was constantly pulling the cushion off the back of the sofa. In the end I cut the weight off, removed the foam and fibre and replaced with crushed shells (?walnut) and the result is much better; settles nicely and doesn't drag off the back. So, forty quid wasted and never had a chance to 'test ride' and return due to plastic cover. Sorry Putnams but better, cheaper products available.

So good I went back and bought a second one
