Medium Wrist Wraps - Teal

I recently purchased a pair of wrist wraps to improve my stability and support during heavy weightlifting, and I must say they exceeded my expectations. The material is durable yet flexible, providing a firm hold without cutting off circulation. The Velcro closure is strong and secure, so I never have to worry about them coming undone mid-set. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my wrist alignment during bench presses and overhead lifts, which helps reduce discomfort and the risk of injury. I am so grateful I tried these! I can never seem to keep my wrists straight during weighted squats and these make it so much easier for me to focus on the workout rather than worrying about injuring my wrists. I am a relatively small person, very small wrists and these work perfectly- not super big or long and essy to put on by myself. I would reccomend these to anyone struggling to keep proper form with your wrists as I do not even need to use these for every workout or everyday, I can use them about once a week and I feel it is helping me build strength and muscle memory!
