Absolutely love the hat and appreciate the prompt & awesome customer service, but we did have an issue with the sizing. We measured exactly as instructed, not our first time measuring & ordering hats, and ordered as per the corresponding measurement to size chart. The hat was too tight/small. Definitely size up ! The customer service team was quick to make things right for us, so kudos to you all !! Will definitely order again

so far so good, have not had it long but it fits well. Will see how it does in the summer with the heat.
