Great quality products, poor customer service

These are my favourite cleaning cloths and I will never use another. However, shipping took almost two weeks and I received absolutely no response when I queried this after waiting a long while for my order to ship.

Wonderfully useful cloths

This is now my second purchase of these marvellous cloths. They are useful for so many things - kitchen, bathroom, windows.... they wash well, and are just handy to have. I've also converted one of the cloths into two smaller ones courtesy of my sewing machine for smaller tasks! Highly recommend.

I have watched on fb this loveky comoany and quality products tgey advertise ,i read all customers comments and realised a lot of items were ones my parents had . I am very happy with the cloths great for cleaning and washing dishes and can wash on high temperature thry are a good size ,I wont be buying from anywhere else from now on ,I have also looked at the beautiful bed linen and that will be next on my list . What a charming traditional company
