These are working out so far, though I do need ankle padding and I had to add an insert inside- not sure if that means they should have been smaller but seem to perform well. The grip piece broke but they sent a replacement right away (though the wrong color…). I am still getting used to them as the lift is different than my previous chassis, but I am able to rocker them and I’m getting mobility similar to urban type or hockey skates. I did custom the holes to fit a standard chassis, and sometimes I feel the skates are slightly different from each other in symmetry, but that might also be my stature. It’s hard to line them next to each other and set the chassis by points of reference, so it took a while to feel like I had each one correctly placed. The pro bearings seem pretty good, though my husband also got a set and felt they were requiring more warm up than others he’s had. Fun nonetheless and a better option than pretty much any other urban/hockey/recreational skate I’ve tried recently. They do look nice!
