Wrong color

I spent a while choosing the color I would like. I received the wrong color. I emailed Kelly, as instructed, and Kelly was a bit short.. she said her team of humans made a mistake. Maybe your to busy for paying attention to my choice of Color, which was bronze, instead I received Black. Just took the shine off.
