I feel bad giving a great product a bad review. This is a great chair but potential buyers should know of the downside which is poor service. Delivery time scheduled for 10-12 weeks. Arrived after 6 months. No updates unless I asked, if you are going to be so late with your delivery, at least keep the customer updated. A real shame. However, if you like waiting for nice things, this is the chair for you.
