Poor design/construction

Tightfitting vertical connector makes it impossible to remove with one hand. Need both hands to extirpate the hand held unit from its base. This is not practical. Miserably unfair return policy prevents any return with reimbursement, despite faulty product!

Love it!

Easy set up, easy to clean, and easy to use! I love love love it! The wax cartridge fits in the handheld perfect and is simple to use. It also doesn’t get too hot that it burns my hand when holding it! Perfect!
