Beware, shady business

I bought this pendant and additionally silver chain for it on this website for a birthday of a nephew. Was in hurry and did not read the delivery/return policy. Received the pendant only (it came from the address in Ukraine with the chinese silver certificate). It turned out to be too large, at least for a teenage boy (it was hard to see on the picture on how the size will turn out in real life). When I wrote to company about the missing chain, they said I should inquire with customs. Few days later indeed I received the notification from customs that I need to pay an import tax on the chain, which was higher than the cost of this chain. So I just refused it. Which means the chain was sent back to the company, but I never received any refund for that. As per their return policy, if I want to return the purchase (pendant), I have to send it to an address in Canada thru DHL, which I can imagine will cost me more than the cost of the pendant... So now I got a pendant which I don't know who would ever wear, no chain and no money... so, would highly recommed that you read this website's delivery/customs/return policy before buying, otherwise you might end up in a very unpleasant situation.
