Extremely Helpful & Accomodating

I had the pleasure of purchasing this watch at the end of Jan 2020. The process of me finally commiting to ordering it took a week or two as this was quite a financial commitment for me (considering I had never ordered online outside of EU) I was skeptical at first and wanted to make sure that I had the confidence in the seller before commiting. The rep who helped me with this transaction was very patient and answered all of my queries and provided a bunch of photos of the product in question. There were a few issues with misalignments on a watch or two from the photos and rather than let me go because i was being too demanding, I was given a full list of all of the watches they had in stock with pictures of each for me to choose from as though i was actually there in person. It was a great experience and the specific serial/numbered unit which the seller and I had agreed upon was shipped out to me and took around a week to arrive from thailand/japan to europe.
