Rice toner
One of the best toners I've used. Does not dry out the skin, no smell to it, and makes skins feel amazing.

Nice and silky
Feels nice and silky on the skin, good for my dry and sensitive skin. Just need to make sure you always shake it before using it every time because the toner splits into two layers, I’m assuming because of the rice ingredient
