Something Not Right

I have always been completely satisfied with your products and am a big fan. The Standard Black Leather Belt with Shackle, however, was disappointing. I quickly learned after wearing the belt for a few hours that the hook does not stay hooked. it seems the hook is too short or leather belt too thick, probably the former. I do not have this problem with the Lookout Waxed Cotton Belt with Nickel Shackle (which I like a lot); the hook is much longer on this belt and stays put no matter the activity. maybe the belt is defective?
