Beautiful pothos houseplant. It arrived and was very healthy. Still slightlyy wet from watering at shipment. They packed it with great care. These plants are a bit pricey but I will buy from Lively Root again.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition this plant arrived in. It looked severely unhealthy, with blackened leaves, wilted and crumpling stems, and clear signs of disease. I was shocked that it left the warehouse in this state.
Upon arrival, I immediately began pruning the damaged portions and ended up removing nearly two thirds of the plant over multiple sessions. At this point, I am not confident it will recover.
This was my second purchase from this company. My first order was refunded for being out of stock, yet still shipped, and it arrived in the wrong pot. Given both experiences, I am very disappointed in the quality control and fulfillment process. Receiving a plant in this condition is unacceptable, especially at this price point.
