Soothing Nerves

Lemon balm is part of my Lyme protocol. And since I'm taking several tinctures three times a day, I like that the tinctures are available alcohol-free. Since my stress levels are higher than average, I'm not able to comment on the potency of the tincture. I'm also still on my first bottle. I would like to see what happens over time.
