This was a gift so its hard to comment on the quality of seeds, but the packaging is perfect and the seeds i purchased for myself are doing great!

Planted 20 seeds in starting medium, have 20, vigorous, beautiful pepper seedlings . They are growing so welI that I have already had to move to a larger pot.
