Cute but ....

The top didn’t fit around the hips. Would add on at least 1/2 inch to back center pieces.

Picture day outfit

I made this for my new Wellie Wisher. Very cute though I thought the skirt was a little tight and hard to get on the doll. Will make it just a bit bigger the next time.
