WHEN THEY WORK
From purchase date, one battery works for about one hour on low. The other one about 3 hours. I bought another set as backup. As others have had the same problem I suspect the issue is poor manufacturing and quality control with Chinese manufacture. However...these have been the best gloves AND batteries I've ever been able to find. It's a shame about the inconsistency.
