Kinda good…I moved up to Queensland from Victoria about six weeks ago and during the move accidentally left all my toiletries behind. Intending to replace a few things I ordered supplies from Beard and Shave, delivery was prompt and good, unfortunately I ordered items twice and you would have thought whoever processed the order would have noticed and maybe contacted me to see if I may have made a mistake, not so lucky hey, the just packed items, charged me and sent it out… real customer care hey? Now they want me to review should I go on or just see them for what they are, money grabbers?
