Love the Sun-Dried Tomatoes

These sun-dried tomatoes have become a staple of my salad-making. The arrive tightly packed. They are sun-dried but not dried-out. By re-sealing them in the packaging they came in I am able to use them for two months, because, come on, you only need so many sun dried tomatoes per salad! There is nothing like them in my local grocery store.
