Little Things Make It An Annoying Piece of Kit

I'm a frequent traveler who's been avoiding buying a neck pillow at all for a good long time. When I saw the bells and whistles I thought, "Holy heck, this might be worth carrying one of these bulky things around." Especially since I really love the camping hammock I got from Grand Trunk and figured this might be as clever. What you can't see in the product images or description is tiny, slippery cordage that doesn't work well with the clasp, a slightly too-small hood, a big ol' thick section at the back of the neck making it really uncomfortable in a fully upright airplane seat. What works? It feels soft and it's slightly smaller/more managable for carrying after fighting it into the stuff sack. It's ok to use when the airplane seat is at an incline, but then again, the drawstring/clasp situation is maddening.
