They run true to size but if you are in between sizes make sure to size up. The leggings are soft and very comfortable. It is skin tight and thin but not so thin that it shows everything. The seams are well sown. I have yet to try it in heat or wear it over time so I hope it lasts for a while. I originally bought the high waisted version at my spin studio for a discounted price and I loved it so I checked out this website and found the mid rise version so I order two of these. Try it and hopefully you'll love it too.
