Two Bike Wall Mount Rack with Shelf

Perfect solution!

I have three of them for my six bikes. They free up floor space in the garage and provide easy access!

Poor Service

I ordered (2) Two Bike Wall Mounts which was an easy experience. After receiving both of the mounts one was damaged out of the box. One of the anchoring holes that held a support bar was sheared off and just fell out of the box. I took a photo of the damaged item and emailed support. It took 5 days for them to get back to me asking for a better picture since they could see what was wrong. I took another pic and sent that in and they responded approx 5 days later asking for my account number even though I sent a pdf go my invoice with the initial photo. I then received another short email telling me to send it back after another 3 days of waiting. I then asked them for a shipping label since they should be paying for a defective product to be sent back to them but I have not received a response to that email. I have now disputed the charge with the credit card company so I can move on from this issue. The one bike rack that was not damaged works as advertised and I am happy with that. I have attached a pic of the 2nd photo that I sent to them which zoomed in on the cracked piece.

Two BIke Wall mount

does not work as well with mountain bikes, could have more spacing room between bikes. It could be stronger as only have one lightweight mountain bike on it (as could not get another bike on it) as wobbles some, so have to be very careful when putting bike on it. It could also be farther from wall as even normal bike with straight handlebars hits the wall when put on inside mount. I have wide handle bars on mountain bike and have to put it on outside mount and can't put normal bike on inside as spacing too close
