Winter Tactical Polar Fleece Watch Cap Ski Hat w/ Front Patch Area Rothco 8760

Hat it too small length wise. It will not cover ears or keep warm. Additionally its too large, width, and just floppy and provides no coverage and warmth. Multiple sized people tried the hat and it was worthless, no coverage and not effective for intended use. Very unhappy with this purchase....got 2 (1 for daughter and 1 for her hubby) to use while training dogs in Montana....had patches made to use with hat to aleert others the dogs are in traing mode, but both are unusable.
