Excellent web site. I called for help in getting the system set up for support of home oxygen concentrators, and the support surprised me. It took a while because I know little about electricity and I wanted to make sure it worked right for my wife, who is on hospice. Ross was patient, knew his topic, and in no way made me feel that I had stupid questions (and some of them were). I used to do tech support and I was impressed.The system worked as indicated, though we’ve not had a power outage. One thing to note is the heat generated by a combination of concentrators, the UPS (with one external battery), and a closed-off room brought the room temp up pretty high, but it’s not the fault of the UPS system.
