2014-2018 Subaru Forester Plug & Play Remote Start Kit (Key Start)

A really well put together kit, as advertised it was totally plug and play, about 30 min to install and the step by step instructions with videos made it very straight forward, I would highly recommend! Before deciding whether to add the remote or app upgrade consider where you are using it, test your factory remote for distance it works, I will likely add them as factory key fob has limited range.

Do not buy from this company

I purchased a do it yourself remote start kit for my Subaru. Installation instructions on the site and what I found in my vehicle when I started installation did not match and thus I was unable to install it. I was also not able to program the module successfully from my vehicle for stage one. The company made me pay to ship this back after I requested a refund. They ignored my email asking why I had to pay to ship it back if it didn’t work in my car. So now I’m basically out $40 in shipping both to my house and back to the retailer for a product I couldn’t use. Horrible customer service. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
