Loving the Blackwater Roast

I tried Niangua a few months ago after finding them on Public Square. After reading some reviews I decided to start with their flagship roast "Blackwater" and haven't looked back. The roast is delicious.....on the lighter side of dark but still handles some creamer very well and doesn't taste "burnt" like some dark roasts. My wife and I are on our fourth 2lb bag now. Shipping has been super fast and the customer service has been great. Every packing list we've gotten with our coffee has even had a hand written thank you on it and sometimes a sticker for the kids...those little touches are sorely lacking today and make you feel good about your purchase.
