Lot of $ for a product that I can't tell is working. I have been sick so I haven't yet slept longer than previously experienced.

I sent you an email about the sheet you sent. It doesn’t seem to be working. We checked the outlets and they are fine. The only reason I know there is something wrong is we used our grandsons sheet to see how we liked it before we bought one. After 3 days we were both better. My husband slept better and my back got better. I was so excited to get my own sheet but this one is not working. My husbands sleep isn’t good and my back hasn’t gotten any help. I’m very discouraged. I think it might be possible we received a sheet that is a lemon. I hope you will take this one back and send us a sheet that will work Thank you. Shirl Quinn
