I love this 100% cotton mat.

When I'm practicing (or just sitting) outside I like to have a natural fiber mat to connect with the frequencies of earth. This mat allows, and it is beautiful and durable.

I love this rug. Great product and the best part is it is easily washed. I put it over my regular mat and it gets stickier as you get sweatier. My cat also cannot get enough of this rug.
